I went in looking to get a screw replacement for my glasses. I gave my glasses to Meghan, and when she brought them back, it's like she gave me a completely new pair of glasses. Not only did she replace the screw, but she cleaned them and replaced the nose pads. Megan did so much more than what she was asked to do, and it absolutely made my day
